You will process invoices, vendor payments, reconcile statements, and manage vendor setup in the ERP. This full-time, on-site role offers benefits and cross-functional collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or in lieu degree with 3 years AP experience.
• 3+ years' experience in accounts payable or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments accurately and efficiently.
• Code invoices to correct GL accounts for locations and entities.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Communicate payment status to vendors and manage open invoices.
• Set up new vendors in ERP and assist with month-end AP accruals.
• Follow internal controls for invoice approvals and tax tracking.
