Integrated Dermatology, a leading multi-state dermatology practice, seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to manage high-volume invoice processing, vendor maintenance, and payments across multiple entities. You will collaborate with Accounting, Procurement, and Treasury to ensure timely and accurate payables.

The role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proven AP experience in a high-volume healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience supporting multi-entity and/or multi-location organizations preferred.
• Experience processing invoices, vendor payments, reconciliations, and vendor maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with AP automation or procure-to-pay systems.

Responsabilités

• Process high-volume invoices accurately and timely in accordance with SLAs.
• Review invoices for approvals, documentation, GL coding, and policy compliance.
• Match invoices to purchase orders using 2-way and 3-way matching.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve approval delays.
• Assist with month-end AP close and accruals.
• Support expense management and corporate card programs.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding balances.
• Utilize Coupa, Coupa Pay, NetSuite for transactions.
