Job summary

Integrated Dermatology in Boca Raton is seeking an Accounts Payable Director to lead AP operations, automation, and scalability across multiple entities and states. You will own Coupa/Coupa Pay, design scalable processes, and develop policies, controls, and a high-performing team.

This hands-on leader will partner with Treasury and Procurement, drive vendor onboarding, implement spend management, and ensure accurate close and KPI reporting in a PE-backed MSO environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive Accounts Payable/P2P experience, including leadership of teams.
• Experience supporting a multi-entity, multi-location organization.
• Hands-on enterprise P2P/AP system experience; Coupa/Coupa Pay strongly preferred.
• Experience designing AP automation and scalable operating models.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end invoice-to-pay and payment lifecycle across entities and locations.
• Serve as owner for Coupa/Coupa Pay configuration, workflows, and supplier enablement.
• Develop an automated AP operating model using PO-based purchasing, EDI/e-invoicing, OCR, and supplier portals.
• Establish KPIs and redesign processes to scale without headcount growth.
• Maintain vendor-master controls and fraud-prevention procedures.
• Lead AP integration for acquisitions and post-close readiness.
