Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Experience in healthcare, multi-entity, or high-volume AP environments strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and invoice processing
• Experience with accounting systems / ERP platforms (a plus)
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple workflows
• Strong communication skills for vendor and internal coordination
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Highly organized with strong follow-through

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume accounts payable transactions across multiple facilities
• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices accurately into the accounting system
• Ensure proper approvals and compliance with internal controls and company policies
• Manage weekly check runs, ACH payments, and vendor disbursements
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoice status, payment timing, and account issues
• Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate and organized AP records and supporting files
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
• Partner with facility administrators and corporate accounting to ensure accuracy and timeliness
