Integrated Dermatology is seeking an Accounts Payable Director to lead AP, vendor payments, and travel & expense for a fast-growing, multi-state healthcare MSO. Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in Accounts Payable/P2P, with 4+ years leading teams in a complex, high-volume setting.
• Experience supporting a multi-entity, multi-location organization.
• Hands-on enterprise P2P/AP system experience; Coupa/Coupa Pay strongly preferred; other ERP platforms acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end invoice-to-pay and payment lifecycle across entities, practices, and locations.
• Serve as functional owner for Coupa/Coupa Pay; manage workflows, approvals, supplier enablement, and settlement.
• Develop a highly automated AP operating model using PO-based purchasing, EDI, OCR, and supplier portals.
• Establish targets for automation, productivity, and transaction capacity; redesign processes to scale headcount-free.
• Design and maintain 2-way/3-way matching, workflows, and exception management.
• Own AP onboarding documentation and banking/remittance info; ensure correct payment methods per supplier.
• Maintain vendor-master controls and fraud-prevention procedures; collaborate with Treasury on payments.
