Responsibilities

• Inspect, validate, and process incoming vendor invoices.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Reconcile daily work and vendor statements.
• Reconcile reimbursements and process employee expense reports.
• Schedule and process payments made via check or ACH.
• Maintain organized vendor databases and historical records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
