Oaks Integrated Care Inc. in Mt Holly, NJ is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee Accounts Payable/Receivable in an on-site office setting.

This full-time role features a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch, and a salary of $55,000–$65,000 per year. You will supervise bookkeepers, coordinate budget prep, perform monthly GL analysis, ensure compliance with funding rules, and support audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in financial reporting, internal controls and managing staff.
• Strong work ethic and confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Bookkeepers and provide administrative guidance to staff.
• Coordinate with Operations staff in budget preparation for annual renewal and modification.
• Monthly financial statement analysis and General Ledger functions.
• Analyses financial information, makes journal entries and determines the most effective means of handling accounting transactions.
• Maintain and monitor a system to ensure proper fiscal management in compliance with Agency and funding source regulations.
• Participate in the annual audit and any funding source audits.
• Comply with funding source rules.
• Other duties as assigned.
