Job summary

Pure Hockey, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounting team in Holliston, MA (on-site). You will manage invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and month-end support while upholding internal controls.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounts payable, strong Excel skills, and experience with NetSuite ERP. You will collaborate across departments to ensure accurate financial records and timely payments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience with high-volume invoice processing and vendor account management.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle AP including PO matching, approvals, payment runs and reconciliations.
• Proficient in Excel and resolving invoice discrepancies.
• Experience supporting month-end close and audit documentation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with vendor relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Manage operating and inventory check runs, prepare payments, and maintain check register.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor inquiries and payment status.
• Code and enter operating expense invoices in NetSuite and route for approvals.
• Process vendor payments by check, ACH, card, and portals with timely payments.
• Perform daily positive pay and ACH reviews and assist with cash reporting.
