CarShop-Penske Automotive Group in Chester Springs, PA is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Corporate Accounting team. This role focuses on accurate processing of payables and adherence to internal controls.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multi-tasking with strong Excel skills (V Lookups, Pivot Tables) and solid communication. A high school diploma with related accounting experience is required; pre-employment testing and a valid driver’s license

• Knowledge of general accounting procedures
• Proficient data entry and time management
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office -- Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy of work performed

Responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable accounts.
• Track and record payments and deposits.
• Assist with accounting projects and audits; reconcile department accounts monthly; prepare reports for management.
• Handle scanning, billing, and other day-to-day general accounting tasks.
