The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Doylestown team. You will code invoices, remit payments, and support month-end reconciliation under the supervision of the Parts and Office Managers.

This role offers regular weekday hours within a large, family-owned dealer network that values growth and teamwork. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of AP experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year accounts payable experience preferred, automotive or retail accounting.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills with staff and management.
• Experience with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Code invoices and remit them to the office daily.
• Review prior month’s parts reconciliation and follow reconciling items to fruition.
• Compile all documents for proper month end reconciliation and review with Parts Manager, General Manager, and Office Manager.
• Keep record of dirty and clean cores as well as follow through with returns.
• Collect PFR amounts.
• Assist in internet function when necessary.
