Echo Falls Seafoods, LLC in Monroe, WA is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure timely and accurate processing of purchases and expenditures. Pay is $24.50-$26.00 per hour, depending on experience, with strong opportunities for growth in a company in business for over 100 years.

You will sort, code, and match invoices to shipping documents, process payments, reconcile AP, assist with month-end, and support vendor inquiries.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years accounts payable experience.
• Minimum of 6 months accounts receivable and collections experience.
• Detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; 10-key by touch.

Responsibilities

• Sort, code, and match invoices with correct shipping documents.
• Set invoices up for payment.
• Process checks weekly.
• Prepare and process electronic wire transfers and payments.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up-to-date.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and assist with month-end close.
