Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office; solid Excel skills.
• Experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP/accounting systems preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices from receipt through posting, including verification and data entry.
• Perform branch checkbook reconciliations and cash disbursement activities.
• Support month-end close timelines and resolve inquiries from internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with resolving invoice discrepancies.
