Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business, or progress toward one.
• Strong computer skills, including working proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable moving quickly between multiple online portals and systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Analytical mindset and genuine curiosity about data, financial processes, and how the business operates.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and on time in Dynamics 365 Business Central, routing for approval and payment.
• Record inventory, shipping, and logistics invoices with the Logistics team reflecting actual costs.
• Review, reconcile, and post employee expense reimbursement reports per policy.
• Issue vendor payments through the banking platform and reconcile related activity.
• Prepare weekly cash forecast and assist with quarterly commissions to external reps.
