Job summary

Pressman Toy Corporation is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team. This role reports to the Assistant Controller and collaborates across our international organization.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to own assigned accounts payable responsibilities, with strong fundamentals and a drive to improve processes through technology and automation. In-office training is required, with potential hybrid schedule later.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business, or progress toward one.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and move quickly between portals.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; analytical mindset.
• Collaborative with Finance, Inventory, and Supply Chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices in Dynamics 365 Business Central and route for approval.
• Record inventory, shipping, and logistics invoices with cost accuracy.
• Prepare weekly cash forecast and manage payments.
• Onboard vendors and maintain relationships; respond to inquiries.
• Reconcile intercompany AP and assist audits; prepare 1099s.
• Lead ad-hoc projects to improve processes.
