You will prepare invoices, process in Great Plains, review reports, and liaise with vendors while supporting audits and month-end processes. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential, with an associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, finance, or accounting, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounts payable or accounting systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices for automated entry and review for accuracy.
• Process invoices in the Great Plains Accounting System.
• Process PO and project invoices.
• Review reports and respond to payment status questions.
