Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with fund accounting and grant-based budgeting is a plus.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately and on time with correct program/grant coding.
• Maintain vendor records and resolve invoice/PO discrepancies.
• Reconcile vendor statements monthly and clear outstanding balances.
