Job summary

Darling Ingredients is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to process corporate accounts payable invoices and daily checks and electronic payments. The role includes data entry for AP and Capex vouchers, generating daily USD checks, routing for signature, and processing USD ACHs.

Weekly CAD checks/ACHs and month-end postings are also involved. Minimum 2+ years AP experience is required, with a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Data entry for corporate AP and Capex vouchers, expense reports, credit memos and intercompany invoices.
• Generate daily USD checks and route for signature/mailing.
• Process daily USD ACHs.
• Generate weekly CAD checks/ACHs as needed.
• Post AP vouchers and month-end adjustments as required.
