Darling Ingredients Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to process corporate AP invoices and daily checks. The role includes handling USD and CAD payments, voucher posting, and supporting month-end close in a dynamic environment.

Minimum 2+ years in AP and a high school diploma are required; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience with Oracle is desirable, and strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2+ years accounts payable experience.
• Oracle accounting systems experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Data entry for Corporate AP, Capex vouchers, expense reports, intercompany invoices.
• Generate daily USD checks and route for signature/mailing.
• Process daily USD ACHs and weekly CAD checks/ACHs.
• Assist in posting AP vouchers and month-end close activities.
