Nordex Group in West Branch, IA is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to support the Finance team in processing vendor invoices, matching against purchase orders, and ensuring accurate entries for payments. You will maintain master data, respond to vendor inquiries, and uphold internal controls.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, proficiency with SAP A/P and Excel, and timely, accurate processing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1–3 years accounts payable and general accounting experience.
Knowledge of accounts payable and general accounting procedures.
SAP A/P experience desirable.

Responsibilities

Accurately key invoices.
Provide remittance information for payments.
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
Ensure alignment of Master Data.
Open and distribute paper mail for processing.
Correspond with vendors and business partners, provide status updates, and respond to inquiries.
Follow accounting processes and internal controls to ensure transactions are properly recorded.
Actively participates in department metrics.
Other duties as assigned.
