KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a rapidly growing service company near Portsmouth, NH. You will handle full cycle AP processing, match and code invoices to PO/Non-PO, and perform AP reconciliations under the AP Manager.

This temp, hourly role is suitable for a recent graduate or someone with 1+ year AP experience. Compensation is $22.00–$27.00 per hour, with strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Entry-level or 1+ year AP experience with solid basic accounting knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
• Basic understanding of PO matching and invoice coding.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle accounts payable processing.
• Match, batch and code invoices to PO's and Non-PO's.
• Vendor management and AP reconciliations.
• Assist with AP discrepancies and ad hoc projects.
