Aston Carter is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Morgantown, PA to manage the full AP cycle within NetSuite and Ramp. You will establish vendors, validate payment data, process invoices, and drive resolution of discrepancies in a manufacturing-oriented environment.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, collaboration with purchasing and receiving, and participation in ERP evolution and AP automation initiatives. On-site, contract-based position.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of the accounts payable process.
• Three-way matching between PO, receiving, and invoices.
• Research and resolve AP discrepancies independently.

Responsabilités

• Establish new vendors and collect W-9s.
• Validate vendor data and payment details.
• Process invoices per AP workflows and approvals.
• Route invoices for approvals and chase timely sign-offs.
• Perform three-way matching and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare vendor payments and confirm payment processing.
• Collaborate with purchasing/receiving to resolve issues.
• Support ERP evolution and AP automation initiatives.
