You will handle vendor setup, W-9 collection, three‑way matching, invoice processing, approvals, and payments, while driving ERP and AP automation initiatives such as bill.com.

Qualifications

• End-to-end AP process ownership from vendor setup through payment confirmation.

Responsibilities

• Establish vendors and obtain W-9s.
• Validate vendor payment data.
• Process vendor invoices per workflows.
• Route invoices for approvals and ensure timely approvals.
• Perform three-way matching.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Resolve AP exceptions promptly with cross-functional teams.
• Set up and verify vendor payments.
• Maintain ownership of outstanding AP issues.
• Support ERP evolution and AP automation initiatives (bill.com).
