BrainWorks, a well-established benefits and insurance administration partner in the Lancaster, PA area, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a close-knit AP/AR team. You will process carrier invoices and ensure timely payments for client groups, with exposure to multiple departments.

Ideal candidates have a degree in accounting or 1–2 years AP experience, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail. NetSuite experience is a plus in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a small, collaborative team.

Responsabilidades

• Review and process incoming carrier invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Apply automated payment data, pull related reports, and verify accuracy prior to releasing payments.
• Ensure proper coding and documentation of all payables in NetSuite.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams (including AR and stop-loss) to address payment-related inquiries.
