Job summary

Avon Technologies seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist in Cleveland, OH to process supplier invoices for Salem, NH and assist the Cleveland AP Coordinator with Cleveland invoicing. You will work with the group finance team on intercompany transactions and own Concur card program tasks.

The role requires 1–3 years in AP, sharp attention to detail, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Competitive benefits and salary range are provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with other functions
• Experience with ERP systems and supplier inquiries is a plus

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable for Salem location, including matching POs to invoices and resolving discrepancies
• Assist in processing Cleveland invoices and intercompany transactions
• Own Concur credit card program, monitor activity and detect potential fraud
• Validate ACH payments and support internal/external financial audits
• Collaborate with other departments and assist with ad hoc finance projects
