Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years full cycle AP in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency of data entry.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and verify invoices and payment requests in the ERP system.
• Post invoices to the accounting system and ensure correct GL coding.
• Prepare and process payments; obtain approvals and generate payment files.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Process employee expenses via Concur and prepare related journal entries.
• Assist with account reconciliations and audit support.
