Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field
• 3-7 years of accounting experience with a focus on accounts payable
• Experience with general ledger reconciliations and month-end support
• International vendor and global accounts payable experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, coding, approvals, and payments
• Prepare wire transactions, payment schedules, and maintain vendor banking information
• Investigate and resolve invoice, PO, and vendor discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close, reporting, freight audits, foreign exchange calculations, and partner invoicing
• Support audit requests, 1099 preparation, vendor setup, and process improvements
