Beacon Hill seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage timely vendor invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations. You will ensure policy compliance, maintain strong vendor relationships, and support month-end close and 1099 reporting.

The role requires 2+ years AP experience, ERP proficiency, and strong analytical and communication skills. A detail-oriented, organized individual will thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday) or similar.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and AP best practices.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices with proper coding and approvals.
• Perform two-way and three-way invoice matching against POs and receiving docs.
• Review invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, wire transfers, and other payment methods.
• Maintain vendor records including W-9s, terms, and banking details.
• Reconcile vendor statements and monitor AP aging.
