Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and enter financial transactions into the accounts payable system accurately and timely.
• Verify approvals, coding, and supporting documentation in accordance with policy.
• Assist with processing weekly payment runs (ACH, checks, wires) and related documentation.
• Maintain vendor files and support monthly close with AP accruals and reconciliations.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve invoice discrepancies with professionalism.
