Golden Entertainment LLC in the United States is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments within our busy hospitality and gaming environment. You will help maintain AP records, ensure timeliness, and uphold strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of accounts payable or bookkeeping experience in hospitality or gaming preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
• Ability to follow structured processes in a high-volume environment.

Responsabilités

• Review and enter financial transactions into the general ledger system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review, match, and enter vendor invoices into the accounts payable system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify approvals, coding, and supporting documentation in accordance with company policy and internal controls.
• Assist with processing weekly payment runs (ACH, checks, wires) and preparing related documentation.
• Maintain accurate and organized vendor files and payment records in compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, vendor inquiries, and payment issues with professionalism and urgency.
• Monitor aging reports and assist in reconciling vendor statements to ensure accounts remain current.
• Support the monthly close process by preparing and posting AP accruals and reconciling AP subledger activity.
• Assist with the onboarding and maintenance of vendor information, including W‑9 collection and validation.
• Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits as requested.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws, company policies, internal controls, and Title31 regulations.
