The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of AP experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience processing accounts payable in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

• Match, code, and enter high-volume AP invoices (up to 500 per week).
• Process weekly AP checks including pulling invoices and preparing checks for mailing.
• Maintain vendor files and 1099/W-9 records.
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements.
• Resolve AP disputes and discrepancies.
