Job summary

FurstStaffing is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist to support our Lancaster, WI team. The role begins immediately and offers a Furst-to-Hire arrangement. Working hours are 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm, with pay ranging $20-$25 per hour based on experience.

You will validate and enter invoices, maintain AP files, and assist with vendor setup and EFTs. The role requires strong Excel and Word skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication to coordinate with corporate AP and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Validate and enter all invoices for payment.
• Maintain accounts payable files.
• Complete and review new vendor paperwork for completeness.
• Collaborate with corporate AP to maintain vendors, including address changes and EFT setup.
• Assist with vendor and divisional AP inquiries.
• Review vendor statements for outstanding items.
• Prepare AP reconciliation reports.
• Analyze accounts.
• Assist in monthly closings.
• Handle administrative tasks.
