Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related AP or accounting experience
• Construction industry experience is a plus
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and accurate in data handling

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices and data entry
• Route subcontractor pay applications and vendor invoices
• Coordinate with accounting and operations on job costing
• Manage fuel card program and credit card activity
• Make timely payments and maintain organized records
• Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets for reporting
• Imaging of invoice supporting documents
• Assist with audit support and process improvements
• Resolve vendor account issues with operations
• Manage payables and credit cards for all Jansen Inc entities
• Handle sales/use tax responsibilities
