The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of AP experience, construction industry exposure, strong MS Office and ERP skills, and the ability to process a high volume of invoices daily.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Accounts Payable experience required.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Code and enter vouchers for payment with accuracy.
• Generate weekly check runs and ensure timely payments.
• Identify and secure discounts on invoices.
• Monitor A/P aging and reconcile vendor accounts.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
