Qualifications

• Experience in full accounts payable cycle management.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with purchasing, receiving, and accounting stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish new vendors and collect documentation (W-9).
• Validate vendor payment information for accuracy.
• Enter and process vendor invoices per AP workflows.
• Route invoices for approvals and chase timely approvals.
• Perform three-way matching of POs, receiving, and invoices.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve AP issues.
• Prepare and set up vendor payments and verify successful processing.
