Qualifications

• 3+ years in accounts payable roles.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between internal and external partners to resolve invoice/payment queries.
• Manage the AP email inbox and respond to inquiries through resolution.
• Assist AP Clerk with day-to-day transactions including invoice entry and credits.
• Support the AP Manager with weekly payment run and resolving holds on invoices.
• Reconcile vendor statements as needed.
• Create and maintain vendor records, including W-9 and banking information.
• Work with Purchasing, Receiving, and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies (price, quantity, receipt).
• Manage and resolve aged payables items.
• Escalate high-level or unresolved issues to the AP Manager.
• Perform assigned monthly close responsibilities and account reconciliations.
• Produce reports as required by management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
