Responsibilities

• Communicate with approvers for invoice approvals and coding.
• Enter invoices and journal entries for payment into AP systems.
• Prepare and review vendor payments; generate checks as needed.
• Prepare Purchase Orders per University Policy.
• Reconcile AP subsidiary ledger to the general ledger.
• Prepare IRS Form 1099 for review and distribution.
• Maintain AP records and supporting documentation.
• Assist auditors and support staff; perform other duties as assigned.
