Responsibilities

• Review and approve invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and authorization.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and optimize cash flow.
• Handle daily AP operations including invoice processing, payment runs, and reconciliations.
• Resolve complex vendor issues and discrepancies.
• Assist with company credit card system and related tasks.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities for AP.
• Ensure internal controls and policy compliance; collaborate across departments.
