Responsibilities

• Review invoices for accuracy and proper documentation; verify before payment.
• Enter invoice information into accounting system.
• Reconcile discrepancies and identify root causes; collaborate on preventative controls.
• Process check requests, ACH, garnishments, and tax payments with approvals.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding purchases and disbursements.
• Prepare and distribute AP checks; maintain AP reports and files.
• Assist in monthly closings and reconciliation of accounts.
