Responsabilités

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for payment.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting docs.
• Maintain vendor records and ensure up-to-date documentation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and accruals.
• Support preparation of AP and cash disbursement reports.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve payment questions.
