The role uses Ramp, NetSuite, and other ERP tools to ensure accuracy, with responsibilities spanning invoice coding, payment processing, statements reconciliation, and month-end close support.

Qualifications

• Experience with invoice processing and vendor reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and code to GL accounts.
• Prepare vendor ACH and check payment batches.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies.
• Maintain audit-ready invoice records and assist with month-end close.
