Willow Brook Christian Services is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support our care-focused accounting team. You will process invoices, issue vendor payments, and manage expense reimbursements while maintaining accurate records.

This role partners with residents, departments, and vendors to ensure timely payments, assist with month-end and year-end closings, review purchasing controls, and support audits. A detail-oriented, service-minded professional will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in accounting or AP.
• Experience with invoices, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements.
• Familiarity with Dynamics GP or Stampli or similar software.

Responsabilités

• Process invoices and vendor payments accurately and timely.
• Handle employee expense reimbursements and maintain records.
• Prepare and run payment batches and maintain vendor records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Review GPOs and support annual audit processes.
• Contribute to cash management activities and internal controls.
