Exion Asia Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based SME, is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance team. The role focuses on invoice processing, payments, staff claims, and treasury duties, with emphasis on accuracy and internal controls.

The ideal candidate is a graduate from ITE or Polytechnic studying accounting, eager to build a long-term career in accounting and AP functions, and able to work on site at Pioneer North.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Attention to Detail in processing financial transactions and reconciliations.
• Experience with high-volume payment processing, invoice verification, and three-way matching.
• Ability to investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and ledger variances before processing.
• Strict adherence to financial procedures, approvals, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Check and key vendors' invoices with supporting documents and approvals.
• Prepare payments to vendors.
• Process staff E-claims accurately.
• Prepare weekly treasury report and cash forecast.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for month-end closing.
• Maintain organized filing of all documents and handle incoming mail.
