Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced accounts payable professional for a 1-year contract in a Singapore-based infrastructure setting. You will handle invoices, postings, reconciliations, and monthly closings while maintaining strong vendor relations.

The role requires a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong Excel/SAP B1 skills. A positive attitude and analytical mindset are essential for working under pressure.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience and good communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy; Excel proficiency; SAP B1 is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and postings in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform vendor reconciliations and follow up on unreconciled transactions.
• Maintain daily cash book and improve payment processes for healthy working capital.
• Prepare full set of accounts for a small subsidiary.
• Housekeep AP/GL records and manage AP email.
• Liaise with vendors on payment issues and maintain relations.
• Maintain audit schedules and assist with month-end closing.
• Prepare GST submission and financial statements; liaise with auditors.
• Assist with process improvements and UAT for new systems.
