Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in accounts payable or similar finance role.
• Basic accounting principles knowledge.
• Experience with JD Edwards and Docuware preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Reviews submitted invoices to ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Verifies GL coding and obtains approvals prior to processing for payment.
• Reconciles processed work and monitors accuracy.
• Researches and resolves discrepancies related to POs, contracts, invoices, vendor statements, or payments.
• Supports monthly closing activities, including accrual entries.
• Corresponds with vendors and employees regarding inquiries related to invoices and payments.
• Provides supporting documentation and assists with audits as needed.
• Prepares special reports and analysis.
• Adheres to PCCA policies and maintains good employee relations.
• CPR certified or ability to become CPR certified within the first year.
