The position offers a $20.00–$25.00 per hour salary range and requires a high school diploma; an associate’s or bachelor’s in accounting/finance is a plus. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s in accounting/finance is a plus.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices per policy.
• Data entry of vendor invoices, payments, POs into the system promptly.
• Prepare electronic transfers, checks, and other payment forms for vendors.
• Reconcile accounts payable and resolve discrepancies timely.
• Communicate with vendors about payments and statuses.
• Maintain records and ensure regulatory/compliance standards.
• Assist with employee expense reports and approvals.
• Support month-end/year-end close with relevant reports.
• Identify and implement accounts payable process improvements.
