Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus accounting coursework providing basic knowledge of accounts payable/receivable.
• Understanding of debits, credits, and prepayments is preferred.
• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience (preferred).
• ERP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Submit invoices for approval and process, verify, and enter invoices for accounts payable.
• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Pay vendors and consignors by preparing checks and wire transfers and resolve discrepancies.
• Process positive pay files to prevent check fraud.
• Work with Accounts Receivable to process customer refunds.
• Maintain and reconcile the Accounts Payable Aging.
