Qualifications

• Attention to detail with accuracy in AP and reconciliations.
• Experience with GL, cost accounting, and GAAP.
• Proficiency in Excel/Word and basic software.
• Minimum 3 years of related accounting experience.
• Reading and writing skills; bilingual valued.

Responsibilities

• Complete accounts payable and AP reconciliations.
• Enter ACH/EFT payments and invoices.
• Prepare weekly checks and reconcile vendor statements.
• Manage TimberScan and Sage 300 related tasks.
• Maintain vendor files and W-9s; ensure insurance on file.
