Job summary

You will process vendor invoices, reconcile accounts, and handle invoicing inquiries while maintaining provider records and ensuring accuracy. Strong attention to detail and reliability are essential.

Experience in AP and vendor management is preferred. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and standard office hours, with a pay rate of $20–$22 per hour.

Qualifications

• Availability to work until 4 pm Mountain Time.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong follow-through and dependability.
• Working independently or as part of a team.
• Data Entry - 1 year
• Call Center - 6 months
• Experience in the drug testing industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Process and review vendor invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner
• Reconcile accounts to resolve discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and faxes related to vendor and customer invoicing inquiries
• Perform bulk invoicing processes for vendors, including check runs
• Updating and maintaining accurate provider records, including services and pricing
• Communicating with vendors to address issues, request documentation, and update records as needed
• Supporting provider management tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Other tasks as assigned
