Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable processing experience.
• Experience with a large ERP system.
• Familiarity with PO matching (2- or 3-way).

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume AP invoices (100+ per day) with 2- or 3-way matching.
• Validate invoices against PO and receiving docs using ERP workflow.
• Ensure timely vendor payments and resolve delays with internal/external teams.
• Respond to vendor and employee inquiries about invoice status.
• Process employee expense reports per policy.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve variances.
• Apply sales/use tax rates to invoices.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and disputes.
• Support audits by providing records and documentation.
• Maintain and update AP procedures for accuracy and compliance.
