i3logix, Inc. in Denver, CO, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for our in-person office (ZIP 80238). You will process vendor invoices, reconcile accounts, and handle invoicing inquiries while maintaining provider records and ensuring accuracy. Strong attention to detail and reliability are essential.

Experience in AP and vendor management is preferred. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and standard office hours, with a pay rate of $20–$22 per hour.

Responsabilités

• Reconcile accounts to resolve discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and faxes related to vendor and customer invoicing inquiries
• Perform bulk invoicing processes for vendors, including check runs
• Updating and maintaining accurate provider records, including services and pricing
• Communicating with vendors to address issues, request documentation, and update records as needed
• Supporting provider management tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Other tasks as assigned

*This is an in-person position available at our Denver (80238) office.*

The Accounts Payable Specialist plays a key role in managing our financial operations by ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. This role involves handling inbound and outbound communications related to vendor and customer invoicing, managing bulk invoicing processes, and maintaining provider records. The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for reviewing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring that all vendor information is up-to-date. This position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in accounts payable and vendor management is highly preferred.

Specific duties include but are not limited to:

• Processing and reviewing vendor invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner
• Reconciling accounts to resolve discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy

Working Conditions:

• Work is performed in a standard office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, including a computer, keyboard, mouse, and phone. Candidates must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive motion, with substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers (typing and navigating a computer); may need to reach, stoop, bend, or kneel occasional. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. Candidates must also be able to lift and carry small parcels, packages, and other items, and walk short distances. There is moderate office noise present at all times (i.e., business office with computers, phone and printers, light foot traffic).

Pay:

• $20 - 22 hourly

Pay will not be below any applicable local minimum wage.
